NW Photography Club Membership
New Members
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in photography, upon payment of the annual dues. We welcome members from anywhere; residence in New Westminster is not required.
Give Us a Try
We encourage potential members to attend one or two meetings as our guest to get to know us before joining. Whether the meeting is in-person or on Zoom we ask for a $5.00 guest fee. Your first two guest fees will be counted as a credit towards membership if you decide to join.
Annual Dues
Our very modest dues cover the cost of facility rentals, the web site, speaker honorariums, organization fees, and the other costs of running the club.
Annual dues for the 2023-2024 season are $55 CAD for a single membership and $90 CAD for a family membership (2 or 3 members of the same household). Annual dues are payable by the first meeting in September.
New members may join at any time during the year. Those who join after December 31 will pay a reduced, pro-rated fee:
- January, February or March - single dues will be $40, and family dues will be $65. In April and May single dues will be $25 and family dues will be $40..
- Full dues are payable thereafter.
New members who join in July and August pay full annual dues, but have their membership activated immediately for the coming Club year, (up to a two-month bonus).
