The event was held on May 19, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Please join us on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 for an inspiring evening with Ethan Zargo, award‑winning Fine Art Architectural Photographer. Please see meeting invite below.
Ethan’s journey has taken him from Malaysia to Canada, from computer engineering to photography, and from student to instructor at Langara College. Early in his career, he was active in Delta Photography Club and CAPA, earning recognition from the North Shore Photographic Society and becoming a CAPA‑certified judge. After more than a decade focused on professional work—including underwater, X‑ray, aerial, black‑and‑white fine art, product, and architectural photography—he is excited to reconnect with the photography community.
His recent projects earned the 2025 Applied Arts Award for Architectural Photography and honourable mentions from the Black & White International Photo Awards in architecture and sport categories.
Ethan will share what Fine Art Architectural Photography means to him, presenting a curated selection of his favourite images and breaking down the elements that draw him to a composition. He’ll discuss how he approaches capturing a scene—and what the camera can and cannot do for you.
In the second half of the evening, Ethan will take a straight‑out‑of‑camera image and walk through his complete workflow, transforming it step by step into a finished fine art piece.
