The event will be held on June 4, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

 

Our end-of season meeting will be a bit different this year.  The theme is one of celebrating our accomplishments over the last year and looking forward to the planning of the next season. 

• We will celebrate the excellent Club year and recognize participation with some images and slideshows.

• We want you to celebrate your photographic year and invite everyone to bring something in to share that represents your best work of the year, or some other accomplishment.  We will have a table for displays, so bring a print, a zine, a book or something else that you have created with your photographs.

• We will be doing an exercise to collect and discuss ideas for the Club year to come.  It will be fun.

• We will be having a pot-luck dessert bar as a decedent accompaniment to our meeting.  Bring your fave goodies to share.

• Of course, we will have our AGM business meeting.  Our Treasurer will present his financial report, and we will elect next season’s executive.
